I have a 1979 Johnson Seahorse that I just purchased, and It starts fine cold, but only runs for maybe a minute before stalling out. When I turn the throttle up on the tiller handle to keep it running, it doesn't idle up, and still dies out. I don't know if it's getting flooded, or not getting enough fuel at all. Any Ideas? If it helps, the guy that I bought it from "told" me that he put a new carb on it himself, and couldn't get it to start, so he took it to the shop and had a tuneup performed on it, but then didn't run it for a year, and then I bought it.
