79' 55hp twin tuneup specs?

My 79' 55hp is giving me a bit of trouble at idle speed. So far I've cleaned the carbs, check float heigh,installed 2 new coils since one had weak spark (yellowish spark), and fresh plugs. I have 127/130psi compression on the cylinders Cold (digital Mac tools compression tester). In the water in neutral it idles at about 1200rpm and in gear it drops to 800rpm where it struggles to stay running and you can hear one cylinder start to cut out once in awhile after a few minutes it will cut out too much and the one running cylinder doesn't have enough balls to keep the engine spining.<br /><br />So now for the questions:<br />What RPM should this engine idle down too in gear? In neutral?<br />What should the Timing be at at idle (my dad was using the base timing screw to adjust the idle speed when hew owned it)<br />What should the WOT timing be (should still be fine as it goes to the rubber snubber but I still want to check)
