'79 Johnson power trim problem

Good afternoon sirs.
I'm waking up a 115TL79R. She starts but the power trim doesn't.
The boat has been sitting in the weather for 5 years. It's blowing the 10 amp fuse when the trim control is operated. I jump across the solenoid and no pump operation.
The hyd. fluid is empty , what kind of oil should I use? If it's leaking how do I repair it? Thank you in advance for your advice

Get an OMC Factory Service Manual for your motor. All your answers for repairing it should be in there.

I second that. Everything you need is in the manual. Get an original factory service manual specific to your motor ie 1979 and 115 hp. I think it covers from 85 up to 140 hp. Dont waste time or money like i have done in the past by buying a Clymer or Solec manual. Buy the OMC version.
