81 Dyna Trak floor replacement questions

Hello just joined, had searched this topic briefly was not seeing much. Have the boat in the title and when purchased last year the floor had 2 smaller areas in front of rear seats that was soft. After setting outside all winter with waterproof cover Ive noticed the flooring softer everywhere this year. Plan on of using it this summer and if it doesn't sell ( I have it listed), was going to replace the floor over the winter. When I looked in center floor compartment at the rear, the cross brace that's between the stringers that was covered in glass is rotten and can stick my finger through the fiberglass feel the rotten wood. Pretty sure its had a floor replacement before and they may have used regular 3/4 ply.
Was hoping I could just replace the flooring and replace some parts of the stringers.
I'm pretty handy, auto mechanics is more my comfort zone and do woodworking as a hobby so have plenty of tools so that's not a problem.
Not as familiar with boats and have watched some vids.
My questions are to those that have done it, would it be worth tackling this or should I just sell it?
I like the boat but not married to it. Don't want to put a ton of money it, as I know what I do won't result in it being worth more. Kind of default maintenance.
Im never afraid to tackle large jobs but I know they usually mushroom after they are started.
Just on the fence hoping to get some insight from ones that have done it and what to expect...if this possible. I know all jobs are different to the extent of rot and damage. Pics would be great as well and tips for the job. Also do all boats have the foam below the floor?

Here is some pics to show an idea of the floor plan. Looks like it would be fairly straight forward but I understand that's a very optimistic statement ...or can be.

If a moderator can move this post to the boat restoration forum be greatly appreciated. Just discovered that forum, my apologies for posting it here.

Pics included for reference and idea of floor plan.
Thanks in advance for any help or assistance.

Welcome to boat restoration.
from all you described the boat is unfit for use and quite unsafe!
not sure what you searched for but there are numerous threads and projects on your exact dilemma.
”the floor is the last thing to rot” has probably been written 500 times in this forum.
read some stringer and transom threads as part of gut and total rehab threads.
yes foam is supposed to be in there (it’s flotation foam) and required by law,I believe.
sorry to bear bad news but you’re probably, ... no almost definitely looking at a total structural restoration.
figure on a couple hundred hours and a couple thousand dollars😐
cool looking boat though.
if you want to fix it right, you came to the right place for sound advice.
guys on here can lead you through every step.

Lol ok so threads are not deleted? Don't understand that policy or the logic behind it, "What's posted on iboats forums stays on iboats forums!!!!" ??.... but so be it. Will be replacing the floor and replacing what needs replaced in the process. Don't think I'll be frequenting this site or forum very much. Good day to you.

Makes for a funny post I guess doesn't it.... But not always how things play out in real life.
