81' Mercury 115hp I-6 Carbs question

I cant find a diagram for my carbs. I bought this boat a month ago and have been having issues with it bogging down when on the water and want go over 2500 rpms. The bottom carb does not have a have the flap on front of it like the other 2 does. any pics or opinions will be helpfull

They only put the chokes on the top 2 carburetors.----Check for spark on all 6 leads.----And test compression.-----It is always a good idea to install a new impeller on a " new to you motor "

I too suspect lack of spark on at least one cylinder. However, are all the carbs getting fuel? If so, are the floats set correctly? Is the sync between the carbs and spark advance correct?

Those Mercs have a high speed and low speed winding on the stator. You might ohm them out to make sure both are good.
