I just got my 115 merc back from the shop and it starts and idles fine but will not go above 2000 RPM. It is on a 26 foot pontoon and will only push it to about 15 mph. the carbs were rebuilt, one replaced, the plugs are new,the compression is at 120 plus, fuel lines are new,charging is fine,all plugs fireing,all carbs feeding.
