Hi. On my 82 70hp mercury i noticed last summer that the bottom carb was dripping fuel a bit. I pulled it out from storage and went for a ride. The motor was very sluggish on low end but as it got going it was fine. The motor idles and runs good but is extremeky hard on fuel.
