I'm working on my 1982 90hp six cylinder merc outboard and all three carbs seem to drip lots of gas constantly. I've rebuilt and completely cleaned all 3 carbs including new needles and seats and new floats. I've set the float levels according to the manual and still have problems. A pressure test on the needle and seat shows they seal. I'm wondering if maybe the fuel pump could be overpressuring or my manual has the wrong float levels printed(can't remember off hand what they are). Anyone have any ideas what could be wrong?<br />thanks bullyt
