82 Johnson 60hp throttle issues low idle

Outboard had been working fine all season, recently it idles very low almost to a stalling out. When i put it in gear it will stall unless I push it forward quickly or have the idel lever slightly raised. When Im at full throttle it runs fine. I dont know if its related but I had put a second can of seafoam in it after emptying my tank out a few times this season. Any possible ideas?

might be a carb issue or compression. do a drop test at low rpm and check compression
