Flatrate on that changeout is 2.2 hours. Seems high, but then a certified tech will start the engine up and run it to make sure the pump is working and that the engine temp stabilizes normally. All part of the job. No special tools required. If you've not done this before, best to have a factory service manual on hand to guide you through the process. Getting the shift linkage pin out under the bottom carb is a little tricky.
