84 Chrysler 15 acceleration problem

Hello. I have a 1984 Chrysler 15 hp 2 stroke. I have had this outboard for about 2 years and it was almost brand new condition when I got it but had been sitting for about 20 or so years prior. I have went through it multiple times and got new gas line, fuel pump, fuel filter, carb rebuild kit, and cleaned jets. The high speed needle adjustment does little for the issue. After all this it idles great and full throttle is not bad but it wants to bog/hesitate in between. Any help is greatly appreciated!

The screw holding the float bowl is the main jet, make sure it's clear.

Install a clear filter between the pump and the carb.

I don't think there's a high speed needle??(unless somebody changed the carb)
Only the idle air screw.
That's set at 1 1/2 turn for initial adjustment.

You rebuild the fuel pump???
A diaphragm setting for that long could get hard and not work right?
