ok were to start i got the boat about two months ago took it out 3 weeks ago and there was no throttle .boat would only do idle speed.took apart the control box the pin was not in all the way.fixed that .took the book out last sun this time i had throttle but when i would go from neutrel to foward i have about 3inches of play before the boat starts to move. i have to push down hard to get the boat on plain. looked at the carbs they dont open up all the way . also if i adjust the cable for the carbs to open up the motor sounds like full throttle in neutral. i would appreciate any help
