My boat seemed to foul out a couple plugs yesterday. Long aggravating story short. I looked through the spark plug hole and I can see a hole in the piston head. Is this a fairly simple item to replace, or does everything in the motor have to come off? Thanks

time for a rebuild, you need the OEM Evinrude manual. outboardbooks.com, or watch ebay.
