I had recently wired up a new tach and harness to my control box and set the tach to 6P and it worked for the 10 seconds i ran it in the driveway and then when i got it to the water and put the mustard to it and the motor was running WFO the tach was reading 2500. I was was under the assumption 6P was the way to go, could someone please shoot me in the right direction on setting the tach? Thanks guys.
