Water Cooled, I believe... Part lists show a water pump kit # 0387362

I guess I should have asked a more complete question. Should the engine spray a bit of water out like larger engines do to show that the cooling system is working or does all of the cooling water just go out through the exhaust? (No manual purchased yet!)
