Recently bought this old boat and through a misunderstanding of what the seller told me I ran the motor at 100:1 and should have been 50:1.
That said and done what do I have to look forward to from this motor?
I will estimate that I ran about 24 gallons with the wrong mixture through the motor.
Any suggestion as to what needs to be checked to determine what damage may have occurred?
I recently attempted to run a compression test and after reading 120 psi on cylinder # 1 my starter failed, new one ordered and I should have it by this weekend.

Probably little or no damage, EFT. Several manufacturers tried 100:1 in the 80s. The reason they backed off to 50:1 was to protect the internals when stored, not because running at 100:1 did damage.

Go ahead and run her on 50:1. My guess is that you are okay.
