85 H.P. 1988 Force Outboard full throttle acts like neutral

Had the boat running full throttle, mentioned to my buddy the motor seemed to be running better than ever.
Than it seemed to drop in neutral, engine was running at high RPM
But we were not moving, thought we lost the prop
Put the motor in neutral and started out slow the boat moved till about half throttle.
motor idle and seemed to be running good ,there was no grinding noise as we moved at low speeds, just no movement at full trottle

Spun prop hub. Either buy another prop or send the this prop out to have it re-hubbed. Re-hubbing costs around 45-50 dollars.

Spun hub? I believe your right, removed the prop and compared it to a spare
The rubber center looks as its seen better days.
This is a relief as I thought I was looking at a major lower unit repair
