85 hp Chrysler carburetor kit

Hi, I am looking a rebuilt kit for my 1972 85HP Chrysler outboard. Here is what I found on Ebay:<br /><br />Three CARBURETOR KITS for Chrysler outboard motor. Tillotson Part #K10053. Inner packages also contain #016311P. This appears to be three complete kits, but packages have been opened and I have no reference listing exactly what original kit contained. Photo shows all parts. I believe this kit is for a 85-90hp motor.<br />Is it the one I need ? <br />Thanks

Do you have Tillotson WB carbs on your motor. If so, they might have kits at iboats or your local NAPA. Franz Marine over at the chryslercrew probably has them too.

The K10053 kit is for carbs that have cork bowl gaskets. The part number for CO, WB or TC Tillotson carbs is 18-7037. the K10053 cross references to a 18-7033 carb kit. I believe Iboats sells both of these kits. Look at your carbs where the float bowl connects to the carb. If it is rubber you will want to get an 18-7037 kit instead.
