85 hp Force rpm problem

I have 1985 Force 85 HP outboard.
was running great started intermittantly
running at reduced RPM.

Probably a fuel supply problem. Surging, if that's your question, could be caused by, damaged diaphram in the fuel pump (age, backfire), plugged fuel filter, air leaks at fittings, faulty tank venting, debris in tank.... Need some more details. Maybe loose timing connections.

I have checked fuelines, tank, vent. I cleaned all carbs. i also checked plugs, Just had fuel pump rebuilt by Force mechanic.
Seems to be loosing fire in one plug. Some times I can give it throttle and it work perfect.
