85 hp lower unit

Hello every one
I have a question about lower unit. When I start the motor, propeller turns very slow on the neutral, it is normal? if not, what i have to do?

Not unusual, Pan, and not a problem.

The driveshaft is spinning and making the gearcase oil circulate, which is slowly turning the propshaft.

If you can turn the prop easily by hand with the engine OFF and the shifter in Neutral you can prove to yourself that it is not "in gear".
