850 bogs down after i minute

It runs great for 10 minutes the first time, then it starts to bog down. I have to cut the throttle to idle, wait a minute, then it will go full speed again for about 1 minute before it dies again. It would seem the carbs are not getting enough fuel, but why does it run great for 10 minutes the first time? The fuel pump seems to just be a diaphram, and it looks good. <br /><br />Thanks, in advance,<br /><br />Max

If you have access to a vaccuum and pressure guage..check the output of the fuel pump.<br /><br />TMD

the pump is spitting out gas, but one thing I noticed was that the pee-hole isnt flowing. lots of water from the bottom tho. If I blow into the tube I can hear the water bubble inside the manifold. I took the lower unit off and the impeller was fine, but the plstic piece under it was melted around the driveshaft. I think it might be leaking. I put a hose into the "water up-tube"? and I could hear water fill the manifold then start leaking down the inside of the lower unit, but none from the pee-hole. If I blow into the pee-hole then, it pushes the water out faster.<br />Any ideas?
