85ESL-74B my 1st boat motor and water pump repair

I finally removed my lower unit and I'm attempting to repair my water pump with a replacement kit. I have a 18-3384 kit, but it appears the grommets won't work. Does anyone know where I can locate some grommets for the top of the pump & rod? Thanks
