85hp looses fuel pressure

my 85hp looses fuel if i open throttle all the way if i have a friend pump the ball it runs fine . is the problem in the ball or my engine i replaced the diaphram fuel pump and it didnt help

Either the check valve in the ball is bad or you have an obstruction in the vent line.Or their is an air leak in the line.Jerry

i have two twelve gallon plastis tanks the vents are on the caps ill try replacing the bulb and check my connections. hope this solves this its been haunting me
