86' force 50 hp

my motor is hard to start and when it gets up to half throttle cuts out and dies, the coils are good and the the point gap are set right could it be the timing any thoughts would greatly be appreciated

mavric, is the choke shutting all the way ,it needs to for it to cold start properly and you may need carb cleaned or fuel pump
