Hey guys, I'm working on a 86 gt200 I just bought. The idle is a little rough. I started going through the normal stuff, when I got to checking the primer, I pulled the hoses off of the primer body but stupid me didn't note which came from which nipple. One, hose has a white stripe on it, I don't know if it goes to the port or starboard. nipple. Also, as I was reading the trouble shooting guide, it is not clear where to hook the syringe to check the check valve. Thanks in advance for any help.

Those small nipples on the fuel primer solenoid both feed at the same time to various areas of the intake manifold BUT it doesn't matter which nipple the small hoses attach to.

The check/recirculating valves..... the flow should be ONLY from the inside portion of the valve to the outer pointed nipple portion. You would need to check each valve seperately via a hose leading to that indicidual valve.

Thanks, I'll check them tonight. It seems fresh gas and oil mix cleaned up the idle a bit.
