Has been running great, when I started it up before taking it out, Cylinders 1,3,5 barely have any fire at all making motor spit sputter and run on three cylinders; 2,4,6 run great. But the catch is, I've already changed the power packs. From reading other posts, could it be the trigger or stator?

I guess a general answer would be, yes. How does the motor run in the water at full throttle? Remember that you have two different windings in the stator for each pack, one for low speed and one for high speed. If you need more info let me know.
