Im looking at getting A 86' Wellcraft Elite 19'6" boat that seems to be in decent condition, just some fading on the bow seats. Is there anything anyone can tell me about this boat / engine and specs? I know it has the 350 engine. Also, any thing that would usefull to a new boater would also be usefull. I already know that you need to get your boat winterized, but nothing else really. AND how do you register a boat trailer in Texas? All he has is the title to the boat, but no title to the trailer, but i thought i saw somewhere you dont need titles for trailers and i cant find anything about trailers on txdot. Thanks!
