87 200 candia prop

Greetings from the newbee. Motor runs fine but boat is very slow.....The specifics are as follows: 21', 3100lbs, 4 Winns candia 200 serial#(4WNMX558C7 87) deck boat with mcm 200, 305 cid v8, max rpm 4200 to 4600. If it helps the transom serial# is 0b693315 but havent found any specs on it. The Drive unit serial # is 0b680324 but cant find the ratio on it. The prop is a Quicksilver 48 73980 A5 19P, not sure how to figure the diameter. I would like to pull a couple of skiers so I could teach my son to ski...he's 6'7" and need to pull his bug ole butt up...I would like to cut to the chase and just get some suggestions on which prop will do the job.....thanks in advance.

Open up the Stickies at the top of the forum to get some guidelines on how to get prop recommendations.

Need to know what top rpm you can hit now, what speed that is, drive ratio and prop pitch also. Can probably guess the ratio if you give all the other numbers.

Ok...heres what i got, my top rpm at WOT right now is 4000, the speed is a close guess at 25mph... the pitch on the prop is 19 (or it says 19P on the prop) and its a 14" diameter. As far as the drive ratio, Ive looked a couple of places and cant find it using a serial #. Im guessing either 1.36, 1.5 or 1.8. Going to the stickies now...Thanks in advance...
