Ok, I am kinda new to this. My Motor is not turning over at all, I Followed the Ignition wire (Yellow) To the motor Which goes to what looks like a "fuse panel" with no fuses (distribution block?) Which goes to a Yellow/Brown wire which then goes to this small box with a white button underneath. I get power all the way to it but not on the other end of it. Now when i push the button there is continuity but otherwise there is nothing. What is this box and do i need a new one or is there something else going on??? Thanks a million.

Welcome to iboats. It's hard to say for sure, but if this 'box' is about 1 inch by 3/4 of an inch long, it is a neutral cutoff swith. which keeps you from being able to start the motor while in gear.
I'd say it was good it is operating as it should.
You didn't say whether or not it clicked, or whether the starter tries to engage, but doesn't turn over the motor, but you can post those particulars.
In the meantime, look for a block with two large red cables mounted on it, allong with one or two smaller wiires on smaller terminals. One of the large cables will go directly to the positive post of the battery. The other large one will go directly to the starter. The smaller ones are from the "start" terminal of the ignition switch, and the other to chassis ground. This is called a "soleniod", and is just a large set of contacts that connnect when the key is turned to "start"...

Anyhoo, take a large screwdriver or better yet, a battery jumper cable, and jump the two large terminals briefly {watch out for stray sparks}. If it turns-over, the problem is the solenoid or staring curcuit. If it does not, the problem is in the starter, the connections are not clean, or the motor has siezed-up.

I jumped the two posts of the solenoid and it does turn over, there is no click what so ever when i turn the key, when i turn the key i still have no power after the neutral switch even if it is in neutral. now there is there a wire going to the solenoid that should have power when i turn the key?
