87 Johnson 110 V4 Pro Overhaul

This motor has had lots of saltwater use and alot of the wiring to the center console is no good. It's also been sitting up for a few years without running. Engine looks clean, good compression. Looks like coils should be replaced (pt # 582508 15LL OA) and carburetor rebuild kit. What are the parts in your opinion you would replace first if it was your motor and what is the cheapest online store for Johnson parts.

One more question, where do I go to get some help on rebuilding the interior of my hull...Take a look at these pictures and you'll see the rotted wood beams.
