'87 Mecruiser has spark but no start

Hello. Have a 87 Mercruiser 3.0 . Installed new points ,condenser and plugs.Have spark on coil and all 4 cylinders. Motor turns over but will no start. While cranking it actually spits fuel out of carb :facepalm: !.
​Is this a timing or fuel issue? Boat last ran two years ago. Running fine then sputtered and quit. I did add sta-bil to a 1/2 tank of gas then while it sat. I even tried running a fresh can of gas to fuel pump but same results.
