87 merc 4.5-mist every 10 second out of muffler

I just winterized my motors, this motor has been sitting in storage for a couple of years.<br />It is a 1987 merc 4.5 with the brown stripes.<br />As i was running it in a tank, i noticed that no more than 1/4 tsp of water. was coming out of the muffler about every 10-15 seconds. is this a cause from muffler sweat, or is it a problem.

You probably have a bad water pump.<br /><br />TMD

There was a steady stream out the tell tale.<br />just a little out of the muffler.
