Hi Guys,
I've had this boat since 2010 but unfortunately due to financial issues it has sat for the last 3 unattended. The seats all need redone/replaced and the gelcoat on the upper surfaces is flaking off badly. Mechanically it always had an issue with losing fuel pressure in less than 5 minutes and I'd have to reprime the bulb to fire it back up. I'm on the fence about just selling it for 1k and getting something else.... I have been looking at newer Procraft or Nitro fish and ski in the 5 or 6 k range.

I'm just looking for opinions on the task at hand.... and cost associated. I put down new carpet just before it was parked so that is good but seats... how expensive will they be to fix/replace? Gelcoat..... is it fixable or would it all need sanded and recoated/repainted? If repaint what kind of paint and prep is required?

Thanks for any info guys

Is the top metal flake? If so, and I'm no expert by any stretch of the imagination, that appears to be automotive clear coat over top of gelcoat. Again, no expert but about the only way to fix that would be to strip off all the clear coat and re-gel OR paint.

Seats look serviceable enough but you could either purchase new, pay someone to recover, or purchase an industrial sewing machine and do them yourself...do a good enough job and you *may* have earning potential. Just sayin.

Nice boat BTW!
