I have a older robalo also, this has plagued me for a while. So i decided to drill a hole right thru to the live bait well, which I have installed a bilge pump. I drilled the hole yesterday and found my drill bit to be pretty wet leading me to believe I have a water logged boat...any ways back to the original problem..I will then cement a hose from that area to the bilge pump area..making sure the hole in the bilge pump area is low enough to drain most the water out of the other area...I guess this is considered a "wet Boat" dont know about you but I got a boat to kep from getting "wet"
