Hello again fellas how is everybody? So I still haven't had a chance to switch over my trim shock but I plan on doing it in the spring when I have more time. I'm planning on storing my boat at a local storage place down the street from my house which is not climate control just indoors. I would leave it in my heated garage but my association will not let me park my vehicle on the driveway during the snow season.
So my question is this I have never winterize the boat before my uncle had this boat in his garage for three or four years that's not heated but also non-winterized. It had a few issues starting up but I'm just wondering if it's even necessary to winterize it or should I just get all the water out of it and stored as is?
If somebody could give me a quick brief description on how I should winterize it if it's even necessary would be wonderful. I appreciate it and everyone have a great day thank you again.

Just make sure the motor is sitting straight up and down like it's in the normal running position to allow the water to drain out. Pull the plugs and turn the motor clockwise (looking down at the flywheel) to get the top piston to bottom dead center (furthest position away from the head). Spray some fogging oil. Do the same to each cylinder and replace the plugs. Add some gas stabilizer. Pull the battery and store it in a heated area.
