88 DT 140 Head Bolt Torque Pattern???

Hey guys,
popped my head gasket on my 88 DT 140, was wondering if anyone knew the torque pattern and or sequence to do the bolts with?? or where i can find it? i've looked around on the net but its pretty slim pickins out there...
and also what is the ft lbs to torque the bolts to? is it a 3 step torque (like start at 20 then goto 40 etc etc)
