88 DT55 seized up? need help!

I had just replaced the cooling water sensor on my 1988 suzuki 55. It was running fine and I went about 2 miles when it seemed to seize up. When I attempted to restart it, nothing moves. Any thoughts?

I don't think it overheated- the paint on the cylinder heads looks unblemished.
