'88 Force 85 hp Removing sleeve from the Tower

First, I'd like to thank Skye for his help on removing the tower (aka swivel bracket) from my 88 Force 85 hp. He is the master of this engine!<br /><br />Now to my question: I've removed the tower from the engine, and removed the pin from the tower. I haven't figured out how to remove the plastic (teflon?) sleeve from the tower. Any ideas?
