88 force 85hp overheated and lockedup

motor stopped after idling for 45min. Was real hot took it home and tried to start it the next day with ear muffs on and in turned hard and slow, pulled plugs and sprayed wd40 in to cylinders and tried again turned easier, repeated this 3or 4 more time until it loosened up. Put the plugs back in and it started up but no water coming out exhaust port. Can't find a mechanic that can touch it for 2 weeks. Anyone got any ideas.

Water pump rebuild&decarb. Probably stuck a ring. Hope the damage is not too great. After above done, check compression and compare.
