ive rebuilt this engine last summer and have only ran it 3 times since then and all was good,, i was still working on the boat itself and the motor just sat for about a year, i just hooked up all controls and wanted to test run the engine and shes got no spark. i have tested the kill switch and have used to key switch to ensure the problem is not in the remote. im thinking power pack but i cant be sure yet so i dont wanna spend the money , i did a test on the orange leads from the power pack to the coil packs and was getting .6 volts, im wondering if anyone knows the correct voltage going to the coils, and if you have any other ideas what it could be. i also used a jumper straight to the starter from a battery and she spins good, i may have a bad starter solenoid as it wasnt spinning good when using the remote to start. any thoughts?? my shop manual doesnt mention voltage for these

just in( my father was running the volt meter and relized he had it on ac not dc , so never mind my voltage reading) however i know all 4 coils didnt just go, im thinking power pack as the harness is in good condition

well the other day i busted out the multi meter and i said before i start testing let me unplug the main harness and check for spark on jump start, first try nothing,, next plug strong spark..so wtf,, before i had nothing on all 4,, go back to the first plug and boom, strong spark.. so i plug the harness back in,, turn key to on and jump the starter,, boom spark.. try to start it with the key switch and everything is working and she fired up and runs strong.. even tho i had originally un plugged and made sure the harness was connected ,, you can never underestimate a loose connection..
