STALLING AT ABOUT 3500RPM RUNS FINE AT 3200 ABOUT 28KNOTS BUT LOAD IT AND IT DIES WILL RUN FOREVER AT 3200 ALMOST LIKE FUEL PROBLEM BUT I DISMANTLED CLEANED ALL PORTS AND JETS ON CARBS REDID TANK PUT ON AN INLINE FUEL FILTER SO I SEE ITS COMING FROM THE TANK HELP!!!!!!!

Doesn't sound like a fuel problem - more like an electrical problem or timing advance.<br /><br />To check the timing you will need a timing gun.<br /><br />I would also check the power on the stator windings. I believe yours is the same as my 1993 90HP Force motor with a low speed and high speed winding. If you have a DVA peak voltage meter you can actually test this. (if not check on my other posts as I have supplied links on how to build one with a standard DVA meter) That is connect the meter to the blue stator wire (Low Speed winding). The voltage should start at about 180 VDC peak and climb as RPM is increased. At about 3000 RPM there should be a slight roll off, but no big dips. If you see a big dip - stator is probably bad.<br /><br />Now repeat for the high speed winding (red) On this one the voltage should start at 20 VDC peak and keep climbing all the way to Wide Open - with no drop off's unless reduce RPM. If it does - then the HS winding is toast and needs replacing.<br /><br />Some other readings available at http://outboardparts.com/mercury/troubleshooting/troubleshooting11.htm .
