88 model 4 hp carb adjustments

Can anyone tell me how the carb should be adjusted on an 1988 model yamaha 4 hp. I'm having to pull it a bunch to get it to start and my idle is sometimes high for a while and eventually slows. Plus it bogs down if I go from a slow idle to more throttle too quickly. I'm going to pull the carb off first and give it a good cleaning and then I want to make sure things are adjusted right.
