My manual only goes to 84 but may be close to yours.High speed is fixed.Low speed, if adjustable on yours,: Turn in to gently bottomed then out 1 1/2 turn, warm engine in forward gear turn counterclockwise until engine loads up or fires unevenly then turn clockwise slowly untill
engine smooths out continue until engine slows and missfires.Set screw out 1 1/4 turns counterclockwise from leanout position. If engine
stumbles on acceleration it needs to be turned counterclockwise until acceleration is smooth.
adjust idle speed to reccomended speed I dont have that but set to lowest practical speed so it wont hurt shift clutch when shifting.
Be sure you have spark by grounding the plugs against the powerhead and cranking.
Try starting by carefully squirting fuel mix into the carb and cranking.
If it fires then you have a fuel supply proplem
check the system from tank to carb repair and clean as required.
