I have a 50 hp force with prestolite ignition, i was on the lake and all of a sudden it started to run on 1 cyl, so i stopped and changed plugs and it didnt run any better so i was looking around and i noticed the ground wire from the center of the coil pack to the block was broke off. i repaired it and it still didnt work, only the top plug has spark. when i switch those 2 wires with the plugs behind the coils i can get the bottom to fire but not the top so i take it that the coils are good. soo does anyone know what else it could be, stator or that other box under the coils...
