My boat runs well, however ocassionally the warning horn will go off at idle. I throttle up and get it going and the horn will stop. Once I idle again the horn comes back on. any suggestions on what might be wrong?
I have a 125 HP Force and it was doing the same thing. The horn would only go off when idling. I changed the water pump and impeller. Took it out on Sunday and it fixed the problem. You might give it a shot. It took me about 2 hours to change it out.
