should there not be a linkage bar that attaches the carbs to the throttle control bar under the cowl...... the only thing attached to the carbs is the sinc bar.....the previous owner has removed the oil injection, but didnt get rid of the connection boxes for all the lines, which also has some open ends, could this cause problems
