89 115 v4, reconnected wiring and nothing works !

Im stumped. I pulled the powerhead and replaced the bottom end (crank)seals, and carefully reconnected all the wiring, harnesses ect. Now I can't get any power from the ignition switch. No gauges, trim/tilt, choke, nothing.

I only get power to the positive side of the starter relay going in and nothing coming out. The only thing that will work, is the remote trim/tilt button on the cowling.

I have double and triple checked the wiring at the motor and everthing appears to be connected correctly. Selco manual isnt' much help. I can't even read the wiring diagram with a magnifying glass.
