Can I get some feedback on what to do if one cylinders compression is low?

All cylinders are 95-100 except one which is 80.

Is this a definite big problem, or is there hope to get more life out of this for the next 5 months? Then, I can address during the winter.

Any suggested steps to try, and sequence?

Thanks

If it's running okay you might want to try a good decarb on it.

Yep, the decarb sounds like a good idea. I think I should also try to identify rings or not by getting some oil into that low cylinder and seeing if the compression increases.
