89 70hp Johnson runs fine when weather is cold but when the temp warms won't start.

I have a 1989 70hp Johnson. The vro had been disconnected when i bought the boat about 3 years ago. My problem is in the morning the boat starts and runs fine. I'll stop and fish for about an hour and the motor will not start. I have replaced the bulb and fuel line. Anti-siphon valve taken out and replaced with regular elbow. I'm thinking maybe coil or power pack. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

Had a motor in recently with the same problem. When it was warm it would not restart. Incorrect plugs.
