I have what I think is an 89 evinrude 200xp. It is running I just haven’t taken it out on the water yet. There is a hose coming from the lower block on starboard side that is short and broken which I believe was supposed to run to water control valve which is no longer there. I only have a hose coming from both thermostats down to tell-tale.. is this hose supposed to be connected to the pressure gauge in the dash? I read a thread from faztbullet but I couldn’t get a clear understanding of what to do with this hose. In the picture the red line is the hose coming from top port side block to tell-tale... the blue hose is coming from port side thermostat to the starboard side thermostat down to tell-tale.. the yellow hose is the one broke that I don’t know what do with since there is no longer a co troll valve.. it does have water coming out of when running on the muffs..
